Question
I signed up few months ago and now I cant log-in! It seems like my user ID or GCC# is no longer working! Can you help me to solve this issue?

Response
You can change your GCC email password inside your MyGCC portal. So just log into MyGCC and then go to Main Menu - Email - Reset Email and then click on the Reset Password button and once you do that the temporary password that is shown on the screen will become your new temporary password.

If you are unable to log into your MyGCC account, then you can try two options:

Issue
I am having a hard time creating my Glendale student email. My screen keeps loading up as error and that’s it’s unavailable for me to activate my email.

Response
Activating your student email can be done through access to your MyGCC portal (you must enroll in a course first to be able to activate your email): Go to MyGCC

Please follow the instructions here:

If you encounter issues accessing your MyGCC portal, please contact the Admissions and Records Office for help with ID verification and password reset steps. The Admissions and Records Office is the designated office in charge of MyGCC portal access verification and can be reached by email at ARDocs@glendale.edu.

Issue
I tried logging into my portal and since I forgot my password I clicked to get a new one or to reset it. When I entered my student id number I got a message saying to contact security admin because I didn’t have any of the information set up. Which I did so I don’t know what it says that. I really hope I can get this fixed.

Response
