The Help Desk is the primary point of contact for all GCC technology needs. We handle many requests and incidents, such as: manage user and email accounts, reset passwords, troubleshoot desktop and laptop computer issues, answer PeopleSoft questions, order hardware and software, and check out multimedia equipment, to name a few.

***We're temporarily changing our hours of operations to balance the number of employees available during peak call times. If you've been trying to reach us by phone or email, you may have experienced higher than normal wait times due to an increase in call volume. We appreciate your patience during this transition.

Day Hours
Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

 

You can reach us by calling (818) 240-1000 at extension 4357 (HELP) or stopping by room LB 113 on the lower level of the Library Building (LB).
