The Help Desk is the primary point of contact for all GCC technology needs. We handle many requests and incidents, such as: manage user and email accounts, reset passwords, troubleshoot desktop and laptop computer issues, answer PeopleSoft questions, order hardware and software, and check out multimedia equipment, to name a few.

Our operating hours are:

Day Hours
Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
